Youth Volunteer Application Form (10 to 15 Years Old)

Before you apply, we require all youth volunteers to commit to volunteering at least 2 shifts, for a total of 8 hours a month.

If you are interested in becoming an Animal Welfare League of Charlotte County volunteer, please complete this application. Be sure to answer all required questions.

All Animal Welfare League of Charlotte County Youth Volunteers are required to:

• Be at least 10 years old. If under the age of 16, a volunteer must be accompanied by an adult 21 years of older at all times. This adult must also submit an application. Adult Volunteer Application Form

• Attend a new volunteer orientation and any additional training that may be required for your position.

• Commit to the required length of service for your chosen role (at least two, four hour shifts a month).
